BANDSAW BLADE WITH EXTREMELY HARD (2000 HV) ELECTROPLATED TUNGSTEN CARBIDE MICRO-GRAIN CUTTING EDGE

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Bandsaw blade with extremely hard (2000 HV) electroplated tungsten carbide micro-grain cutting edge.
  • SCG (segmented carbide grit) for contact length greater than 40mm for better coolant emulsion conduction and lower feed resistance.
  • CCG (continuous carbide grit) for contact length less than 40mm for reducing vibrations and increasing efficiency on smaller sections.

APPLICATIONS

  • Vertical and horizontal sawing machines with manual and automatic cycles, in cases where carbide-tipped blades cannot bite into the material
  • Ability to cut abrasive, tough and hard materials over 500 HB, such as hardened steel, case-hardened steel, aged-special alloys, reinforced plastics, tyres, carbon, graphite, etc.
