NEW TCT BANDSAW BLADE FOR WOOD MADE OF SPRING STEEL ALLOY WITH VERY HIGH FATIGUE RESISTANCE; TENSIONED AND RE-TENSIONABLE STEEL FOR LONGER BLADE LIFE

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Blade with resistance welded TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tips) teeth, without brazing
  • TC (Triple Chip) tooth geometry for maximum efficiency in thin cutting of hard and exotic wood
  • THIN CUTTING – thickness reduced to a minimum to reduce material loss
  • BREAK-IN blade treatment for rounding of edges and maximum extension of blade life
  • Positive rake cutting taper for low feed resistance and minimal friction on the flanks
  • Fixed and variable tooth spacing available to reduce noise and harmonic vibration
  • Blades > 55mm tensioned
